Ownership and license
The Service is licensed, not sold, to You. You agree that we and our licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights therein, and that we retain ownership of the Service even after installation on Your device.
We are not obligated to maintain or support the Service, to provide all or any specific content through the Service, or to provide You with updates, upgrades or services related thereto. GameHugger Service is for Your personal use, and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise used in whole or in part by You for commercial purposes. You may not modify, translate, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile or decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from any of our Services.
GameHugger owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to use all of the content that appears in the Service. These Terms do not grant You or any other party any right, title or interest in the Service or any content in the Service.
So long as You abide by these Terms, GameHugger grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license subject to the limitations in these Terms, to access and use the Service using a supported web browser or mobile device solely for Your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.
If You violate these Terms or any of Our other terms that apply to You, We may take action against You, up to and including permanently suspending Your account. In addition, You may be breaking the law, including violations of GameHugger’ intellectual property rights.
ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DISRUPT OR INTERFERE WITH THE SERVICE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION UNDERMINING OR MANIPULATING THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY GAMEHUGGER SERVICES IS A VIOLATION OF GAMEHUGGER POLICY AND MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
GAMEHUGGER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF ANY GAMEHUGGER SERVICES (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE), AND THE ENTIRE RISK OF USE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE, RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE GAMEHUGGER SOFTWARE, RESIDES WITH YOU.

Your dealings with other players
You are responsible for Your interactions with other players. If You have a problem with another player, We are not required to get involved, but We can if We desire.
If You have a dispute with another player, You release GameHugger and its employees from responsibility, claims, demands and/or damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, resulting from that dispute or connected to that dispute. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use or data.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms and Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended Terms or Privacy Policy on our sites or within the Service (such as through in-game notices). We may provide additional notice of any material changes. Unless We state otherwise, changes are effective when posted. If You continue to use the Services after the changes are posted You agree to the changes. If You have a dispute with GameHugger , the version of the Terms and the Privacy Policy in effect at the time GameHugger received actual notice of the dispute will apply to such dispute. Service Usage Information

If You are deemed to have retained, under applicable law, any right, title or interest in or to any portion of such information or materials, You agree to and hereby do assign solely and exclusively to us all of Your right, title and interest in and to such information or materials, without additional consideration, under applicable patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark and other similar laws or rights, in perpetuity. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GameHugger (and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents) harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your use of or access to the Service, Your breach of these Terms, or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to exclude or limit Your liability in respect of any indemnity given by You under these Terms.
Waiver And Severability
Our failure to exercise any rights under these Terms shall not constitute or be deemed a waiver or forfeiture of such rights or a waiver or forfeiture of such rights in the future. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
